Our objective is to develop a long-term relationship with our customers by ensuring each experience a customer has with us is fair, based on honesty and leads to an exceptional outcome for the customer. The following Terms and Conditions are one way we ensure our customer experience objectives are met. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules we apply to selling our products and services and govern the use of our website everaftercrafters.com. By accessing or using this website, you and we agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before making any purchases.
General Terms
Acknowledgement. By accessing and using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Return Goods Policy and our Privacy Policy. Ever After Crafters reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions and its Policies at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of these changes.

Transactions
Placing Orders. When placing an order, you agree that all information you provide is accurate and complete and that you can transact a purchase with Ever After Crafters. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that does not meet this requirement. You may place an order with us using our website, via a phone call at (919) 444-1464, or directly in person at a craft show events, or at our place of business. In all cases, these Terms and Conditions apply to any transaction with Ever After Crafters.
Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions. While we do make frequent quality checks, occasionally, there could be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. In these cases, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (even if you have already placed an order). We undertake no obligation to update, amend, or clarify information on the website, including, without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied on the website should be taken to indicate that all information on the website has been modified or updated. You will be promptly informed should such an event take place and be offered a full refund or product replacement if you have already placed an order with us.
Order Confirmation. After placing an order, you will receive an automated email or text message confirming receipt of your order. You will be notified and provided with associated tracking information once your order has been prepared for shipment. We cannot guarantee that items shown on our website will always be in stock. Some products may become limited in availability after you have placed an order. If an item is unavailable after you have placed an order, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer either a replacement or full refund.
Limitation of Sales and Services. While we do not discriminate based on race, gender, age, religion, or sexual orientation, we do, however, reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products, services, or pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. For any order already received, we will honor our posted pricing for products shown at the time of the transaction unless such change in price is due to a cause as stated above. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for products or services made on this site is void where prohibited.
Product Descriptions. We strive to provide accurate information about our product descriptions and services on our website. If you believe a product you have received is not as described on our website, please contact us immediately for assistance. We have made efforts to display as accurately as possible the colors, images and dimensions of our products that are offered through our online store. We cannot guarantee your computer monitor’s display of color will be an exact match of the actual product you receive.
Personalized Orders. Product personalization will be created according to the information provided by the customer. Please ensure all personalization details are accurate as changes may not be possible once production begins. If the personalization information is provided to us by the customer by placing a phone order, you will receive a follow up confirmation email that restates the verbal information given by you. Ever After Crafters will consider the information restated in this confirmation email to be correct if you have not contacted us after two business days to make any changes or corrections to the order.
Custom Project Orders. A custom order is defined as any request made by the customer that deviates from the products, descriptions and associated available options as stated on our website. Custom orders typically involve a greater level of communication with the customer that may include direct emails or periodic phone discussions to discuss the project’s progress. After sufficient project detail has been received, the customer will be provided a quote for a custom order. A 25% deposit is required before any production work can begin on a custom order.
Cancellation of Orders. Orders may be canceled before entering production or our shipping process. Personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started. Custom orders cannot be canceled after a quote has been signed by the customer authorizing production. Payment and Pricing
Pricing. All prices displayed on our website are in USD. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notice. If a price should change, the published price for our product at the time of the purchase will be honored, unless such price was published in error.
Payment Methods. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other forms of payment as outlined on our checkout page. Payment must be received in full before your order is scheduled for processing. For custom orders, a minimum of 25% of the agreed upon price must be received before any work will begin.
Taxes. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout and based on the delivery address. Customers are responsible for any additional customs fees or import taxes for international shipments.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping. We offer shipping services both domestically and internationally. Shipping charges and delivery times will be provided at checkout based on your location and order size.

Delivery Times. Estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process but are not guaranteed. Delays due to customs or courier issues are out of our control.

Risk of Loss. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure our products are adequately prepared for shipment to mitigate potential damage that could occur during the shipping process. All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Order Tracking. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can track your order through the carrier’s website using this number.
Prohibited Uses of Our Website
