Privacy Policy

Your Rights. Depending upon where you reside, you may have the following rights with regard to your personal information.  For US citizens, you have the following Rights:​

• Right to Be Informed. What it means: You have the right to know how your data is collected, used, stored, and shared. What to look for: A clear and accessible Privacy Policy. 

• Right of Access. What it means: You can request a copy of the personal data a company has collected about you. 

• Right to Rectification. What it means: You can request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete personal data.

• Right to Erasure (or Right to Be Forgotten). What it means: You can request deletion of your personal data under certain conditions.  Please note - when you delete your account or membership to a group that may be made available on our website, your personal data is permanently deleted as well.

• Right to Restrict Processing. What it means: You can limit how your data is used (e.g., for marketing vs. internal operations).

• Right to Data Portability. What it means: You can ask for your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and transfer it to another service.

• Right to Object. What it means: You can object to the use of your data, particularly for marketing or profiling.

• Right Not to Be Subject to Automated Decision-Making. What it means: You can object to decisions made solely on automated processing (like profiling) without human involvement.

• Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing of Data. What it means: You can request that a business does not sell or share your personal data.  As stated previously, our company does not sell o share any information about you to third-party companies. 

• Right to Non-Discrimination. What it means: A business cannot penalize you for exercising your data rights (e.g., by charging more or reducing service quality).

Exercising your rights.  You may exercise the rights specified above by submitting a consumer request to info@everaftercrafters.com. We will need to verify your identity prior to effectuating your request. To verify your identity, you will need to provide us with the following information with your request:

 

• Place in the subject line the words "Personal Information Request"

• Your Name

• Your Email address

• Your User name sign in to our app (if applicable)

Please note that we may be unable to process your request if you do not provide us with the above information.

 

We will respond to most consumer requests within 30 to 45 days of receipt, depending upon where you reside. However, some requests may take longer. We will notify you in writing if we need more time to respond. We have the ability to deny your request(s) if certain exceptions in the law apply. In the event we deny your request, we will provide you with the reasons for such denial.

Complaints. In the United States, you have the right to lodge a complaint regarding our collection, use and sharing of your personal information.  Here is the process:

1. Start with the Business. Request Resolution Directly: Ask the company to address your concern through their privacy officer or support channels.  Request your data rights: (e.g., deletion, access, opt-out) in writing.  Please follow the above contact method as described.

2. Federal Complaints – FTC (Federal Trade Commission). The FTC is the primary federal agency that enforces consumer privacy and deceptive practices. File online: https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/

 

Such complaints cover:

• Data breaches

• Misuse of personal info

• Deceptive privacy policies

• Identity theft

3. For California Residents – CPPA / Attorney General. If you live in California and you believe your rights under CCPA/CPRA were violated, file with the California Privacy Protection Agency (CPPA): https://cppa.ca.gov/complaints/ or with the California Attorney General: https://oag.ca.gov/privacy/ccpa.

4. State Attorney General’s Office (All States). Each state AG handles consumer protection issues. Find your AG: https://www.naag.org/find-my-ag/

File online or by phone/mail depending on your state. Especially useful for: Unauthorized data sharing, Spam/robocalls, Breach of contract or deception.

The following agencies below would not apply to your transactional data collected by our website, but are offered as a consumer service.

 

5. Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). If the data issue is related to a financial product (bank, credit card, loan):
